Applying at The Bower is simple! Browse our available floorplans, select your preferred home, and click Apply Now to begin your online application. Once submitted, our leasing team will review your application and follow up within 24-48 hours. Upon approval, you will sign your lease electronically and pay your move-in costs to secure your home.

To complete your application you will need: - A valid government-issued photo ID - Proof of income (see acceptable income sources below) - Application fee per applicant
Applicants must have a combined household income of at least 3 times the monthly rent. For example, for a $2,500 apartment, a minimum income of $7,500 per month is required.

  • One month of most recent pay stubs
  • Most recent tax returns (self-employed)
  • Official offer letter on employer letterhead
  • Bank statements from the last Two Months

A written notice of at least 60 days is required prior to your move-out date. Please refer to your lease agreement for full details.
On move-in day, you will use our self-guided move-in process or meet our team to pick up keys, complete a home condition checklist, and review community guidelines. All move-in costs must be paid in full before keys are released. Return your inspection form within 48-72 hours.
Before moving out, please schedule a walkthrough, return all keys and garage remotes, and ensure the home and yard are in original condition. Deposit refunds will be processed within 30 days per state law.

Yes, a security deposit is required at The Bower. Please contact the leasing office for more information on the deposit.

Your deposit is refundable, minus any deductions for damages beyond normal wear and tear, outstanding balances, or cleaning fees. Refunds are processed within 30 days of move-out per applicable state law.
YES. All residents must maintain renter's insurance with a minimum liability coverage of $300,000. Proof of coverage must be provided prior to or at move-in.

The Bower offers 1-bed, 2-bed, 3-bed, 4-bed homes ranging from approximately 800 to 1,709 sq ft. Townhome and cottage options available.

YES. Absolutely -- we will do our best to show you your specific unit. We also offer tours of representative model homes. Your unit will be freshly cleaned and move-in ready.

Rent can be paid securely through our resident online portal using debit, credit, or ACH bank transfer.

Yes. The Bower is wired for high-speed internet.
Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in the clubhouse.
Yes! Our professional maintenance team is available to assist. Standard maintenance is on-site Monday-Friday during normal business hours and emergency maintenance is available 24/7.
Standard requests are typically completed within 1-2 business days. Complex repairs may take longer -- we will communicate any delays. Emergencies are prioritized.

Inside Your Home

We do not offer furnished apartments, but our team can recommend local furniture rental services.
Yes. All homes include a full-size washer and dryer.
Yes. Grills must be place a minimum of 10ft away from the home to be used. Additionally, community grilling stations are available at the clubhouse.
No. Subletting and short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, or similar services are not permitted per your lease agreement.

Community Amenities

No. As a community of single-story and two-story homes/townhomes, elevators are not applicable. If you have accessibility needs, please contact our leasing team.

Each home includes either an attached garage and/or private driveway. Additional guest/overflow parking is available throughout the community.

Pet and Guest Policies

Yes! We welcome pets at The Bower. We allow up to 2-3 pets per home. Breed and weight restrictions may apply -- see our full pet policy.
